Photo Session

We had a photo session at the beginning of November and just received the finished product. Hopefully everyone likes them as much as we do. More updates soon, enjoy!

Saturday in the park

We took a little jaunt to Piedmont park today to visit with Cousin Joe. We had a great time and got to play with the camera we've had for a a year that neither one of us has quite figured out yet. Needless to say we got some pretty good pictures. I went for a hike bright and early this morning to Sweetwater Creek State Park (only about 20 minutes from us downtown) and also got some pretty good photos. The trail actually contains the ruins of a mill that was built in 1840 and destroyed during the burning of Atlanta during the Civil War. Pretty interesting and the photos do it a good amount of justice. Enjoy!

Halloween Hijinks

Hello again everyone! We had a great Halloween. This was Olivia's first trick or treat adventure and she took full advantage. Unfortunately she ate so much chocolate she ended up throwing up around midnight. Not fun but she was fine this morning. We didn't realize how much fun our neighborhood would be on Halloween - quite a few unique costumes from our gay neighbors up the street. Two of the guys were wearing the sheriff's outfits from Reno 911 - Officer Dangle if you're familiar with the show. If not, he likes to wear pretty tight uniforms with very small shorts. Hilarious. Another one of our neighbors was dressed as a dominatrix passing out candy to the kids. Interesting to say the least. Great neighborhood for Halloween - the kids had a blast and we were thoroughly entertained the entire evening. Anyway, enjoy!
