Spoiled Rotton

This weekend we celebrated everything "boy". Thank you to all of our wonderful friends and family for spoiling Baby Henry #2. And a HUGE thank you to Whitney and Stacey for hosting the lovely brunch.

Too bad the camera died before we were able to get a decent group shot. A few of us weren't even at the restaurant yet and the few that were got cut off. :) I would have much preferred a shot of Kimberly's fancy shoes instead of my chubby belly!

Maybe the baby belly will rub off on Liz and I will have a relative to whom I can bequeath all of my baby loot one day...

Thanks to Mom for making the trip from the great midwest. We love all of the Greek goodies she brought Baby Henry #2 as well as the new baby spycam.

A huge thanks to Chrysti for the precious gifts for Olivia as well as Baby #2.

Can't wait until the bobo can sport this garb.

Thanks again to everyone! We are so appreciative of how spoiled and fortunate we are!

Busy Weekend #1001

This was another busy weekend for the ATL Henrys. Kate was gone most of the week for work, Olivia was extra-whiney, and Pat had to work on the front porch stairs (again). Oh, and let's see...Auburn and Iowa both managed to lose, but at least they put up a good fight!

In addition to all of the aforementioned activities we also managed to meet our friends at a neighborhood festival, head over to another friend's house to babysit, AND Kate took Olivia for her 18 month photo shoot (a task she vows to NEVER take on alone again).

We will leave you with a few of the 100 shots that were taken of Olivia. Enjoy!

Princess Birthday Fun

This afternoon we attended a 3rd birthday party for our friend Cameron. Most of the little girls were older than Olivia, but she found ways to amuse herself nonetheless. Here is a great photo of her sampling the gelato (which I caught her doing...these two cups weren't intended for her).

Hugs and kisses for the birthday girl!

Cameron decides Olivia needs a second tiara so she offers up her own (and I might add, she does a fabulous job placing it on Olivia's head).

Cute princesses!

Lots and Lots of Random Photos

Here are some random photos from the last week or so. My favorite photo by far is the first one. Olivia insisted on taking off her skirt today. She decided that rather than wear her coordinating skirt and sandals, she should wear only her onsie with a pair of socks and orange Auburn crocs. The crocs are adorable. Too bad her feet are so tiny that she has to wear two pairs of socks with them to avoid them slipping off!

Being silly!

Enjoying "her" book.

Here are some photos of Olivia's room. After 18 months of having framed photos and pictures and name letters laying all over the place, I finally put it all together. I should have opened the blinds before I took the photos as they are a tad dark, but I think you get the idea! :)

Favorite things to do...eat cinammon Scooby grahams and sit in the "big girl" chair.

And finally, last weekend we actually went on a date and hired a babysitter. This marks the first time Olivia has ever had a babysitter that is not a relative. Her teacher, Sebrina, came by to sit with her. We were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner and Olivia had a blast playing with her favorite teacher. It was actually nice to be able to leave her with a non-relative and not be completely freaked out as we trust her teacher!

Ahhh...did we just eat dinner and not have to pick up any food off the floor?!?!

18 Months-Old and Wawa

Olivia loves to drink "wawa," in fact, she sometimes even asks for it by
its actual name..."wah-terrr." Lately, she insists on drinking her water
out of an actual water bottle. I know, I know, plastic water bottles aren't
the most environmentally friendly way to provide my child with this basic necessity,
BUT, at least we recycle! :)

Olivia also reached her 18-month milestone this week. She had her 18 month checkup
where the Dr. deemed her health and development to be "advanced." Woo hoo!

Oh, and of course, the little miss is still in the 97th% percentile for height and
head circumference. We aren't sure if she will end up in the WNBA or at Harvard!

HELP!!!!!

There is something wrong with our blog! No matter which template
we select or how many times we unload and reload our links, etc.,
our links and blog archive continue to end up at the bottom of the
screen (instead of on the right or left as they should be).

If you have any tips on how to fix this issue...let us know!

Thanks
